1. Delivery Timelines

Minimum turnaround for initial drafts is 2 business days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Larger or complex projects will have timelines defined in the proposal.
2. Working Hours

We operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Any requests made outside working hours will be addressed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Format

All digital files, reports, and creative assets will be delivered electronically via email, cloud-sharing links, or secure project dashboards.

Final approved files will be provided in high-quality formats as per the contract.
4. Client Delays

Timely client input, feedback, and approvals are essential for on-time delivery.

Delays in communication from your side may result in extended delivery timelines. (We’re creative, but not mind-readers.)
5. Final Delivery & Ownership

Once the project is completed, approved, and paid in full, the final deliverables will be handed over to you.

You are responsible for storing and backing up your files once they are delivered.
