We love happy clients, and our goal is to deliver value-driven work that leaves you impressed. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how refunds work at The Grafician:
1. Service Transfer

If you’ve made payment but work hasn’t started yet, the amount is 100% transferable to another service of your choice.
2. Refund

If a contract has been signed but work hasn’t started, you may request a refund.

A 30% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover administrative and preparatory costs.
3. After Work Begins

Once work has started, refunds are not available, as time and resources are already invested. (Our time machine is still under development.)
4. Custom Services

Since every project is tailored specifically for you, custom services are non-refundable once they begin.
5. Dispute Resolution

If you’re not satisfied with the progress or output, please reach out. We’d much rather discuss revisions and improvements than leave you unhappy.
